Jo Swinson and Duncan Hames welcome second child

"Duncan and I are delighted to welcome Gabriel Peter Kelvin Hames to the world. He arrived, happy and healthy, at 5:53am on Friday 29 June, weighing 7lb. Gabriel has two overjoyed parents and one very excited big brother.

"I am hugely grateful to the fantastic team of midwives who looked after me during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Our thanks also go to everyone who has sent messages of congratulations at this happy time."
