Jo Swinson: Holyrood’s reticence to publish ScotRail Remedial Plan is unacceptable

ScotRail submitted their remedial plan to the SNP Government in mid-February after being warned to do so 8 weeks earlier. Holyrood has not yet published this remedial plan. Local MP Jo Swinson has blasted ScotRail services for failing to improve, and called for meaningful action from Scottish Ministers to boost performance urgently. ScotRail’s latest figures show that only 27.5% of trains arrived into Milngavie on time in January.
