Jo Swinson MP went along to Milngavie Farmers Market this week to celebrate its successful return. The market, which takes place on the first Wednesday of every month, did not run last month after a dispute over licensing, but went ahead this month due to the Council issuing an interim licence. Commenting, Jo Swinson said: "I am extremely pleased that the Farmers' Market was back on this month, and so were traders and customers alike. I spoke with many of the stallholders and they were having a successful day's trading. This is fantastic news and I hope the market will continue to go from strength to strength."
