Torrance-based business James Allan Bakers welcomed Jo to its headquarters today.

The growing business, which employs 40 staff and recently opened its 8th outlet in Lennoxtown, uses traditional methods and handcraft in the making of bakery goods and confectionery.

Jo said:

"I am pleased to see a local business not only expanding but also maintaining a traditional approach to production. The quality of the products is down to the company's skilled staff, who are clearly the 'icing on the cake' of this small business."
