Ex-servicemen and women regularly contact Jo Swinson for assistance in applying for Veterans Badges. Jo said: "I am always pleased to help the Armed Forces Veterans who contact me regularly seeking to apply for their Veterans Badge, and wanted to find an appropriate way to mark the occasion of the 100th badge presentation. I was delighted to present Mr Aitken with his badge in the company of friends and colleagues. "The event was a great way of bringing Armed Forced Veterans with different experiences together in order to offer a show of gratitude for the service they have given this country.
