Jo Swinson wants to keep the single occupant discount for water services

Jo Swinson responded to the recent Scottish Executive consultation on Paying for Water Services. After local concern regarding the possible removal of the 25% discount for single occupant households on water bills, Jo urged the Scottish Executive to retain this vital discount.
