Jo Swinson and Lenzie Cllr Gordon Macdonald say the railways must improve

Our railways are significantly worse than they were when the Labour Government took over, with TWICE as many trains delayed. 14.2% of ScotRail services were delayed in Feb 2004, compared to 4% in Feb1998.

Jo Swinson said, "Things can't go on like this. These figures prove what every long-suffering rail passenger knows - British railways are dogged by delays. The reality is that rail delays are twice as bad than when Labour came to power."
