Labour Pre-election Bribe won't Fool Pensioners

East Dunbartonshire's pensioners will not be fooled by Gordon Brown's blatant pre-election bribe of £100 for one year only to help with Council Tax bills. If Gordon Brown really wanted to help pensioners he would scrap council tax and replace it with local income tax, based on the ability to pay.
